We want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully as it outlines your rights and obligations concerning returns and refunds.

Overview

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also present the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made or personalized products, and gift baskets where the seal has been broken or items have been partially consumed. Please also note that goods considered intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases are non-returnable.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, you must first contact us to notify us of your intention and to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.

Please do not send your purchase back to any physical address without prior authorization.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that we can only issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after it has been approved, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item for this reason, please contact us using the information on our website.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your item to the address we provide after you receive your RMA number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility and is non-refundable.
